Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking with Insulinde Tours Manado. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to be bound by the policies outlined below.

To ensure the availability of your desired tour, we highly recommend making your booking in advance.

• Your booking will be confirmed after receipt of:
• • Full payment for booking totaling less than €500.
  • Deposit (50%) for bookings totaling €500 or more.
• Final payment: Any outstanding balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of your trip with us. 
• Booking confirmation: Upon receipt of your full payment / deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation and necessary travel documents.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the cancellation of your trip. While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, please note our cancellation policy:

• General cancelation policy: Payments are non-refundable in principle.
• Early cancellation: If you cancel your reservation at least eight (8) weeks prior to the start date of your trip, we will endeavor to rebook your reservation to an alternative date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Short-notice cancellation: If cancellation occurs less than eight (8) weeks before the start date, rebooking may still be possible. However, any costs already incurred by Insulinde Tours Manado (e.g., non-refundable permits, pre-booked accommodations, specific guide fees) will be charged to your rebooked trip.
• If rebooking is not feasible or desired, please contact us immediately. We are committed to working with you to find a mutually agreeable solution where possible.

We welcome bookings made at short notice (typically within two weeks of the start date). However, please be aware of the following conditions for such reservations:

• Full Payment Required: Full payment must be made prior to the start of the trip.
• Cancellation Policy: Due to the immediate nature of short-notice bookings, rebooking in the event of cancellation is generally not possible, and full tour costs will be charged.

While we strive for accuracy, published prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances (fluctuating exchange rates, supplier price increases, government fees). Therefore, we kindly request that you contact us for the most up-to-date prices and offers at the time of your inquiry or booking.

All payments should be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below.

• International Bank Transfer Fees: Please be aware that banks typically charge fees for international payment transactions. For all payments made to Insulinde Tours Manado, all bank transfer costs are to be borne by the payer. When initiating your transfer, please select the OUR payment option to ensure the full amount reaches our account.
