This easy hike takes you along the crater rim of the Mahawu volcano, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area. This hike is suitable for inexperienced hikers, families with children and anyone who enjoys a relaxing walk. The hike can be combined with other excursions.

Your destination for this hike is the active crater in the saddle between the Lokon & Empung twin volcanoes. You will hike over different terrains such as an old lava flow and the rock-strewn flanks of the volcano. It will require some scrambling over boulders, but the hike is still doable for novice hikers and families with children. The hike can be combined with other excursions.

Hike to the top of the Tampusu volcano on the edge of Lake Tondano. Here you will find a beautiful tree-lined crater lake where you can enjoy the silence and fresh air. This hike can be combined with camping and other excursions.

This longer hike takes you through a beautiful and wooded landscape towards a prime panorama point. From here you’ll have a magnificent view of Anak Soputan (little Soputan) and the mighty, always active Mama Soputan (the main volcano).

This beautiful hike through an impressive landscape continues where the ‘View of Soputan’ hike ends. From the panoramic point on the rim of the Sempu volcano you first descend before making the climb to the summit of Anak Soputan.

This night hike takes you to the summit of Lokon from where you can enjoy a spectacular sunrise. The first part of the hike takes you to the crater in the saddle between the Lokon and Empung twin volcanoes. From there you attempt the steep climb to the summit.

This tour for real adventurers and experienced hikers to the summit of Mount Klabat ascends to an impressive 2.000 meters height. After a strenuous hike you will be rewarded with a great view and the satisfaction of reaching the top. Overnight camping is recommended.
